The Buskers are an Auckland funk/rock covers band like no other. Including some of Auckland’s top musicians, the members have performed alongside Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, John Mayer, Tommy Emmanuel, Jimmy Barnes, Bryan Ferry, Joan Armatrading and many more. The line-up includes guitar/vocals, bass, drums and keys/vocals and they perform regularly at pubs, corporate functions and weddings all over the country. Their sound is a mix of rock, funk, soul and pop and their set covers a wide range of music, including songs by Ben Harper, U2, Crowded House, Kings of Leon, Lenny Kravitz, Prince, Ray Charles, Tom Petty, The Beatles, The Police, The Commitments, The Black Crowes, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and many more.
